“This was an annual business conference for me, during which I usually stay at the Portola or Marriot's as that's the conference site. What a pure joy it was to have booked late, therefore the others being booked, and I had to take what was left. If only I can be so lucky forever more... I'll be back, though for a much longer stay next time! Every one of the staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. I thought the gardening staff were just as wonderful, as I ran into them early [in the] morning [as well]… I think "rejuvenation" is the word most applicable to your establishment. “Michael at the front desk was fantastic when making my reservation! Not only was he friendly and helpful, I feel he went out of his way to make sure my boyfriend and I enjoyed ever second of our stay. I am disappointed though that I didn't get to meet him. “I was attending your hotel for a two day business meeting and wanted to spend the night instead of commuting… I don’t know the name of the man at the front desk when I checked in but he was very nice and got me a great room. David who set up all our drinks and food in the meeting room was great as well… I would love to spend a weekend… I will keep you in mind. Super place!” – 04/12/10

“We have stayed at the Hotel Pacific one other time. We really loved the large room, with the fireplace and living area. We also loved the flowers and greenery on the grounds. When I got an email with special pricing, I decided to book again. We loved it the 2nd time around as well… It is a great place to stay when we visit the Carmel/Monterey area for a weekend of rest & relaxation. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are wonderful, the beds are very comfortable, and the grounds are beautiful. We love it at Hotel Pacific!” – 02/28/10

“Front desk was amazing both at check in and check out! One door man was attentive, polite, and added [much] to the overall service.
